Scope of Services

Project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are finalized in a written proposal or agreement before work starts.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements and content on time
• Review deliverables and share feedback within agreed timelines
• Ensure legal rights to any materials provided to us

Payments

Payment milestones are agreed before project kickoff. Work may pause if payments are delayed beyond agreed terms.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of delivered work, to the extent allowed by law.

Revisions and Support

Revision rounds and post-launch support are provided according to the selected package or signed agreement.

Policy Updates

We may update these terms periodically. Updated terms become effective upon publication on this page.
